The hotel offered 24/7 check-in service, which was very convenient as we arrived late on Christmas Eve. It also had free Wi-Fi, which was a plus since we wanted to stay connected with our family back home. it was located near a metro station, making it easy for us to commute to various places around town.
Sadly, our experience wasn't what we expected. The hotel was noisy due to street traffic, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the train station and easy to find. the room was spacious and had air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot Christmas weather. We were also provided with a phone and TV in the room which were nice touches.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. the bedsheets seemed unkempt and the bathroom was incredibly small and unhygienic.
